Reservations less than 7 days, and canceled prior to 72 hours, will be fully refunded minus a $23.50 Cancellation Fee. Reservations canceled less than 48 hours will be charged in full.
Deposits are non-refundable for reservations 7 days or more up to 30 days, deposit will be applied towards a future stay within the current season, minus a $23.50 cancellation fee.
Monthly stay $500.00 deposit is required, $200.00 non refundable cancellation fee, remainder of deposit will be applied towards a future stay within the current season.
All Holidays Weekends (US and Canadian) are non refundable.
